New to this forum
I had my DS almost three years ago and have developed a love and dedication to excerise. I take hip hop classes and I am trying to win the battle with running and have started going to the gym.
I have signed up for running clinic classes and I am almost up to 5 km. But my struggle is with the gym. I just had a TT done 6 weeks ago so I am slowly going back to everything and started last night. But when I looked around and watched everyone work out I really felt that I had no clue what I was doing.
I cant afford a personal trainer so I need some suggestions of free websites or books that I can use to help me be successful in my excerises at the gym.

Your gym should provide someone to show you how to use the equipment for free. They are required to provide this service as part of their " health club insurance coverage".
Don't be embarrassed about not knowing...we all have to begin somewhere.
I have had similar feelings about the gym. I know my way around well now, but started taking Yoga. I totally stink at it, but I'm determined to get better at it.
