Dis a great yoga class that really worked my legs. I had planned on doing the C25K w2, w1 tonight, but my quads were killing me so I decided to take my youngest daughter out instead.

back ext/abs
20 minutes on x-ramp machine

5 mile run outdoors

Podium (our club's swim workout). I got in the water early so was able to get in 2200 yards. And, at the end, our lane (aka as The Special Lane) go to start learning flip turns!
