Wednesday Workouts

As has already been said, don't compare! I'm not a runner at all, but I feel completely accepted here. I exercise for about 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. That keeps me toned and feeling good, and it's about all I have time for as I run a small business out of my home. As long as you're DOING something, getting yourself moving and working toward fitness, you're a winner!

Got in the hill run for the week. My legs felt like they were made of lead! Got in 5 miles, but at a snail's pace.

Yep don't measure your workouts compared to anyone else. And remember that doing anything is more than most people will be doing today!

I have a half marathon on Sunday, so this is a light week for me.

today - full body weights, 1 mile measured pace run.  I plan to do the race in 3rds - 1st part slow, second part fast, last part regular speed.  So I am practicing running a measured slower pace

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

30 mins on the treadmill - 2.25 miles followed by 30 mins of weights focused on upper body and abs.  Good workout!  Really feel like a run or bike ride this evening.  Weather is nice and I want to be outside and enjoying.  So, maybe more later!

Started 3/1 intervals this morning for a 5k run on treadmill.  Feel more comfortable with that little walk break.
