Wednesday Workouts
As has already been said, don't compare! I'm not a runner at all, but I feel completely accepted here. I exercise for about 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. That keeps me toned and feeling good, and it's about all I have time for as I run a small business out of my home. As long as you're DOING something, getting yourself moving and working toward fitness, you're a winner!

I have a half marathon on Sunday, so this is a light week for me.
today - full body weights, 1 mile measured pace run. I plan to do the race in 3rds - 1st part slow, second part fast, last part regular speed. So I am practicing running a measured slower pace
