What's up guys??? I am loving the sun early in the morning!!! I got in a HARD 1 hour spin (About 22 MPH) this morning followed by a 5k Brick in 26:45. I will go back tonight and swim 5k or more, we will see what time allows. I CANNOT WAIT FOR IRONMAN ARIZONA NEXT WEEKEND!!!!!!

 1.5 hours of weights
Hopefully swim tonight.
I really want to do a mini-tri next year, but swimming will be the death of me.  Since I lost alot of my fat, I am not near as buoyant and am having trouble finding a rhythm.  Keep trying.

 I never had any rhythym to start with, so I am really behind.. but we'll get there.  Don't just "want" to do a tri, go crazy like me and sign up for one.  I am doing the Orlando half iron man next may.  And I have never swam laps in my life before 2 weeks ago ;)

I'm glad I'm not alone in this - I went to the pool and scared the bageezers out of myself when I could barely stay afloat in the deep end.  One of my goals for 2011 I think will be to take an adult swim class.  I was always terrible but could tread water like a trooper.  I had no idea I was merely floating because of my fat!  Oy!
