I rode my bike to the coffee shop and back...Cold...It's that time of year to bring out the gloves and mesh cap.  I'll prune some trees in the back yard then go to work this evening.

I ran a mile pushing a stroller and walked 2 miles. I also played at the park with my son...considering that exercise

I am resting from my 5K yesterday and also easing back into running after being off of it for 3 weeks due to an injury.

 Morning workout - 30 mins on treadmill - 2 miles, then 30 mins weights, upper body and abs;

After work, mowed the lawn.  Took about an hour...some day I'll try to figure out how many miles it is.

All in all, a good day!

A woman was attacked by a Black Bear while walking her dog a few miles from where I live yesterday morning; she survived.

I'm late but actually did get a run in last night.

4.8 miles in 54 minutes.

My 5K times was 37 minutes which is 9.5 minutes off the time from my first 5K like 5 weeks ago.
