Monday Workouts!!!

Near the end of my 2.6 mile run this morning, I went about 6 inches over the white line into the road to avoid a puddle.  Some girl whipping around the corner honked at me!  I was more pissed than when I actually got hit by a car.  It's about 2 hours later and I am almost over it.  ;)

I woke up to a covering of snow this morning.  That really messes up the daily routine.

rest day for me... my long runs really mess me up the next day.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 10K on treadmill.
This was the first time I tried to go that far.  I took it really slow, 5mph, but felt really good at the end.  Did the entire distance non-stop.

Lifting biceps and triceps. Really wanted to swim laps, but the pool was overcrowded, 3 people in each lane, so being in a time crunch I went home and quickly ran 3.2 miles around my neighborhood.

 15 min stretching, 9:55 mile on treadmill, jump squats, stairs and reverse lunges x3, ab machine, 10 min on bike at level 3, chest press, flys, push-ups x2, crunches x2, triceps press, pull downs x2

75 minutes of weights - chest/arms
1 mile of hiit - .5 sprinting , .5 walking
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Went to the Y at 6:00 - 15 minutes of intervals on the bike, 20 minutes on the weight machines.
