Well, my plan was to do a long run this morning, but hubby told me to wear my running jacket, well after about 2.5 miles I got so hot, so I went home, but I am free on Tuesday, so I WILL make that my long run...

What did ya'll do today?  Can't wait to hear all of the race reports!!!

Beautiful morning and no flashlights required.  Ran 9.75 miles this morning.  I think I like running in the dark better because I can't see where I have to go.

Did a ten mile run over the dam and around the neighborhood. A bit more up and down than I'm use to, but the "deed is done". Now off to Denny's

Have a great Sunday everyone...Debbie

Skipped my race, ran 5 miles at tempo pace this afternoon. I have had to stash clothing along the route and pick it up on the way back or go out and get it later.

10 mile run...at about 3 miles out and right at the base of the big hill, it started to pour! We got completely soaked, but it felt so good. It was about 55 degrees out, so the rain cooled me down. The hill really slows me up, so I was really happy at the end to have made it under 12 mins/miles.

Rode my bike, had an awful time. Could only handle 14 miles. My legs were still beat from running 18 miles yesterday, plus it was 38 degree and very windy and I don't own any winter cycling gear, so in my bike shorts and t shirt with no gloves I froze.

The back of my legs are so sore from Friday Boot Camp I did not plan on doing anything! My daughter and her friend wanted to go to the Y so i walked on the treadmill at 4 mph and an incline of 3 for thirty minutes and my legs felt so much better! I swam some laps after and they are still feeling better 2 hours later!
