There is a 5.5 mile race along the Mystic River in Mystic, CT. It is the prettiest coures I have run. May or may not run it depending on $ issues.

I have a Cub Scout activities both Saturday and Sunday, a 5K may actually be easier and less painfull.

Next week I am shooting for a 5K with my son.

I'm doing my last big workout before I start to taper for IMAZ. So Sat. I'll ride my bike and (maybe) run after. Sunday, I'm not sure. I may swim and I'll probably run.

In between I'm going to start taking care of all the errands that need to be done so I will be ready for IMAZ... sewing reflective tape on my run shirt, buying vasaline, dropping my bike off for servicing...

This will be my first run back after resting my foot for 3 weeks. I have no goals, nothing...just have fun and don't hurt myself

Good luck to those racing this weekend.  I have my marathon Sunday in Hamilton, Ontario.  Then I fly off to a conference in Orlando for 3 days.  It's going to be a busy few days.
