What's up this weekend?

I got a half Sunday that I'm no where near ready for (sinus infection).

Who else has races planned?

 5k on Saturday.
My kids are running a 1 mile.  I love the fact that they are running like their old man, more than the fact I can actually run a 5k.  Unfortunately they are running the same time I am, so I will not be able to watch them run.

no race for me this weekend, but will do my long run (planned 15 miles) on sunday.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Bill,
I had to sign up for the half because the 5K was full.  What is your goal for the half? Just finish and save for the full? Hammer it and just finish the full?  Take it easy?

I am not sure if I am going to step up the training and aim for a sub 2 hour PR or relax, take pics with characters and saunter accross in about 3 hours feeling like doing another.

i haven't stated my goals on the board becuase they are a stretch.... but officially, i'm trying to train for a sub 2/sub 4 goofy.  reality will likely be very different, but that is my goal for now :)

I would never downplay someone's goals.  What the hell - go for it!
