Cramming a 3 mile run into my schedule tonight... between the tight schedule and pouring rain, I can't say I'm looking forward to it - but I really want to get the workout in too. Have a great day, all!

It was drizzling before my run and after my run but during the run, it poored like hell. It was not too cold and I really enjoyed it because I got to break in my new shoes that did not send a shudder through my jaw with every step. Perhaps I will be able to sleep now without my back killing me. 3.4 mile run.

This morning I pulled out a dead peach tree from my back yard...Boy, are those root systems strong...Was using a pickax. A great work out for my upper body. Then rode my bike to the coffee shop and back...met my wife for lunch. Will go to work this evening (only 4 hours but a little over a mile walking). Brian
