calorie intake and calories burned

I just started tracking my calorie intake and I have been working out 4x a week. My calorie intake is less than my calories burned. Yesterday I ate 827 calories and burned 1200 calories. Is that what's slowing down my weight lost?

It could be , or maybe just a normal stall while your body is adjusting. I do know if you are in that much of a defecit it is common to slow down the weight loss a little. I am no expert but I would suggest shortening your sessions and adding more days to your routine until you can eat a little more.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Don't focus too much on the math or it will make you crazy. The numbers just don't add up!
