3 miles yesterday - 43 min and 5 sec
I definitely pushed myself more, but I also had a lot more energy. It's amazing how one's general mindset/feeling can have such an impact on pace. I get what runners mean when they talk about having "off days" now.
First 5 k in 3 days!
