It could absolutely be from these stupid shorter days!  I have such a hard time getting anything done when it is dark at 7:00 in the evening!  Hopefully the time change this weekend will make things a little better!  Keep your chin up, and "fake it till you make it!"  I find that when I don't want to do something that I know I should do, if I can just get started, I do ok.

You have been such a huge motivator for me, so I know you can get through this!!!  I too am hating these shorter days and less sunlight...I have always known I should live somewhere that is warm and sunny all year around!!!  I am thinking of you, but also know that you CAN do this!!!
