30 min HIIT on TM, 4.01 miles, 10 sets of (2 min @ 7.5MPH, 1 min @ 9.0MPH)
20 min and some change on stairmaster (100 floors)

Doubled up on spin classes to get back on schedule.
Did one last night and again this morning, so lots of hill climbing and intervals.
I like to alternate spin&run on MWF and Weights on T-Th with a real ride on the weekend if the weather is good. If not then the weekend becomes a rest and recovery period.
