Wednesday Workouts

 I was going for a nice 3 mile run, but the rain started and I was not prepared so I cut it short and did 1.5, but it was at a great pace...a 10:34 mile, that is great for me...

Hope everyone has a great Hump Day....

60 min of weights (back/bi/shoulders)
10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
30 min HIIT on TM, 4.01 miles, 10 sets of (2 min @ 7.5MPH, 1 min @ 9.0MPH)
20 min and some change on stairmaster (100 floors)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

5.3 miles on the road. Really, really need new shoes. Every step sends a jolt through my low back. Today is the day.

Today, I'm scheduled to run 8 miles. I've been battling with shin splints so I'm going to attempt to do all 8 miles on the treadmill. I'm not going to dread the dreadmill. I'm going to have a good attitude and pray my legs don't fail me! Best wishes to all!

45 minutes of weights - legs
5 mile run
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Doubled up on spin classes to get back on schedule.
Did one last night and again this morning, so lots of hill climbing and intervals.

I like to alternate spin&run on MWF and Weights on T-Th with a real ride on the weekend if the weather is good.  If not then the weekend becomes a rest and recovery period.

Hey there - 15 minutes of intervals on the bike, then about 20 minutes on the weight machines.
