Beginning Runner
I would be interested in that one too Ruby. I have been doing 1 minute jog and 1 minute walk but just started and have not built up to anything yet. It's like my body keeps telling me it wants to run but my heart or my mind keeps saying you don't really want to, or it's the other way around! I'm starting out on the treadmill until I can build up some endurance.

I am doing the C25K program and love it! Gives you goals to accomplish and builds up intensity/distance/length every week. Takes you from the couch to your first 5K in 9 weeks. I am on week 8, but have been benched due to another issue, but I hope to be back at it ASAP. I am craving my workouts this week!! Check it out on fb, I joined there too. I also downloaded an app on my droid phone for c25k workouts, it actually signals when it's time to run/walk, etc. It's great and I use pandora for my workout music.
