Ran 6 miles at tempo pace.  Forgot the Garmin and watch.  But, could only speak in short phrases.

walked 4 miles and ran a 9 minute even mile which is my fastest mile by 30 some seconds. Wanted a 8 minute mile and just missed it. Probably could have had it if I wore my running shoes, forgot them at home. Not bad for a old lady and someone who weighed 300 pounds a year ago. Now to get to the 8 minute mark is my new goal!
