monday workouts
I was supposed to do a new Core class but it got canceled. So I went to the gym to do water running. But the water aerobics class was still going on and they wouldn't let me in if I wasn't going to do the class. I ended up jumping into the class for 30 min. and then "running" for 2 hours afterwards.
