40 minutes on the treadmill (5 minute walk, 31 minute jog, 4 minute walk), 50 crunches, 50 oblique crunches each side, some other oddball core stabilization stuff, 10 15-second planks.

Mowed the lawn in the morning...Rode my bike to the bank, library, and coffee shop.  Pruned the grapevines in the back yard this afternoon.  More work than exercising...But did build up a good sweat doing the lawn.  Brian

10  min. raquetball. 9 1/2  minutes too long! Ouch...that ball hurts when it hits your head!
