monday workouts

ugh.  now i remember why i normally take the day after my long run off :)  can you say "sluggish"??

60 min of weights (chest/tri) including 6X40 sets of pushups and 4X15 sets of dips
45 min spin on stationary bike to recover the legs - 18.25 miles
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Today was a rest day so I did 1.1 miles. Streak is intact.

November 23 is the official 1 year mark.  The problem is that I don't know what I would do the next day so I guess I will keep going.  I'm kind of scared to stop because running every day is easy.  It takes the wishy washy feeling of, "should I run today" out of the equation.  I would also like it to end on a scheduled day and not some day that I just don't feel like it.

full body free weights
1 mile 'hot' run on the treadmill - for speed - I got under 12min which is a new best time for me!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

 I put my big girl panties on and went to the gym this morning. 
10 min warm-up on the bike, back, chest and bi's and another 10 minutes on the step machine...felt good...

3 mile run

I joined my employer's wellness program whi*****ludes access to fitness facilities, so I'm jazzed to shake up my workouts a bit, especially after I complete the 5k on Sunday.  Consultation with a trainer later this week! 
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2
