I ran a 10.4 mile loop along Alki Beach today.  Beautiful day, but the run really kicked my butt.  But I'm less than 7 weeks post plastics and it was only the second time I've run 10 miles, so I felt really good about finishing at all.  I'm training for the Seattle half marathon on November 28th and I don't have much time left.

I went for a run but the calf wasn't feeling it so I cut it short. 1.1 miles, walked some of it.
