Ran 10 painful miles this morning. Although it was suppose to be extremely chilly, it got warm quickly. I wore my compression sleeves this morning for the first time in over a year. Big mistake. I think wearing the compression sleeves actually pushes the pain upward. After seven miles my knees were killing me. I stopped and pushed the sleeves down to my ankles, and the pain resolved itself over the next two miles. So I guess I'll retire them and stick to my chiro to keep me healthy. Finished the 10 miles in 1:52 but didn't really feel a comfortable stride.
So next week is a new opportunity.
