Rest day, though I'll be a cleaning mad woman this afternoon as I can't stand my cluttered basement any longer!

Have a great weekend, all.

Ran a fun 7k, the Humane society Run for the Animals in Blooming Grove, NY.  Crazy hills and a little chilly.  Unofficial time around 35:40 or so.  Would have like to run a bit faster, but the knee is still giving me some issues, not to mention the crazy leg workouts I did last week.

14 miles on the TM.  Of all the crazy workouts you post, this is by far the sickest.

Ran 10 painful miles this morning.  Although it was suppose to be extremely chilly, it got warm quickly.  I wore my compression sleeves this morning for the first time in over a year.  Big mistake.  I think wearing the compression sleeves actually pushes the pain upward.  After seven miles my knees were killing me.  I stopped and pushed the sleeves down to my ankles, and the pain resolved itself over the next two miles.  So I guess I'll retire them and stick to my chiro to keep me healthy.  Finished the 10 miles in 1:52 but didn't really  feel a comfortable stride.
So next week is a new opportunity.
