Andrew,

I'm running the Road2Hope Marathon in Hamilton, Ontario, with my regular training partner.  I'm looking forward to the event because we're evenly paced and will run the whole thing together.

We wanted an early November race to give us enough time to build our mileage after the 70.3 and this one fit the bill.  It's reputed to be fast, so I think a PR is possible.  My best marathon time is 4:55.  We're targeting less than 4:28, which is my running partner's best time.

My time too :)  I am sure you'll rock it. I am still thinking of dong another full this year.  Been looking for a half in december, but there don't seem to be too many in the area.

 Andrew,
We don't have a half down here (virginia beach), but we do have a 10miler, you should check it out.  It is the first one and they are giving away some great swag...

Hey, you do have the Rock n' Roll Half Marathon at Virginia Beach.  I did it two years ago.  Marvelous race...  Ends at the boardwalk.  Big crowds.  Think it is around September.

We do, but I don't think I will be here for that one, but I am going to try and do the Shamrock 1/2 in March...that one looks like a lot of fun too....Hopefully we will still be state side by then...

Funny you mention that one, that's the one I was planning on doing when I visit my husband at school.
