I could not have done it without you guys
It was a very proud moment to cross that finish line in 36:30. I said to myself "wow I just finished my 1st 5k". Last year this time I had a BMI of around 38 along with high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol. Today my BMI is getting closer to normal range and I have perfect blood pressure and cholesterol. I want to thank each and everyone of you for your encouragement and wisdom. You guys have been an enormous inspriration for me. Again, thanks for everything:) coco135
Way to go!!! Isn't it amazing when you really think about where you were a year ago? It seems like it takes forever to reach our goals, yet the progress that is often made by folks around these parts is absolutely astounding! Congratulations!
