I wasn't last!
Completed my first 5K today. I did break down and walk at three separate times. The first break came at only 15 minutes. :( I was hoping to get through 30 minutes of running (at least) then walk it home. Oh well, next time... I don't even know what my time was because I'm not sure where the finish line was! We started and ended on a high school track. At one point there were balloons attached to the fence, then beyond that the clock, then beyond that the school's colors (flags). Anyway, I know it was under 49 minutes -- I think around 48.40-ish. My goal was 45. I'm registered for a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. I've got work to do, but am ok with where I am at (for now).

Completing the 5K is a HUGE deal. There will be other races to worry about improving your record. Major kudos for reaching this milestone! :)
