Didn't see a thread...

10k Trick or Trot for Special Olympics this morning! Finished just over 1:10...two minutes more than my PR, but my goal was 1:15, so I was happy!!  Race report to come tomorrow during football! :)

What about everyone else??

3 mile run - it took me 44 min and 42 seconds.  A long time compared to what some folks run here, but given that a year ago I couldn't walk 5 min without getting winded... it feels like an awesome time to me!

5k race is a week from tomorrow - I'd like to finish under 45 min if I can.  The path includes trail time and grass time - so a little unsure.
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

Bike ride. 67.72 miles. I was trying to simulate the IMAZ bike course but only do two loops instead of three. Learned a lot doing that.
