excersize and eating

I am four years out and getting back on the ball of a good workout again. My question is I get up and go straight to the gym for at least 45min every morning  when i get home i eat something, like an egg w/a piece of toast, some cottage cheese, or yogart. I dont know if this is the right thing to do, I'm not losing any weight and i have been on this for 3wks. Im wondering what i am doing wrong. I have weight to lose, i have regained 50lbs. Any ideas as to what i'm doing wrong?

Calories in, calories out.  Are you logging all of your food for the day and all of your activity.

Also how hard are you exercising for those 45 minutes, and what type of exercise are you doing.

How are your clothes fitting?  Are you feeling any difference there?

Need a little more info on what's happening.

Good luck and don't get discouraged.  Keep up the effort.

I'm really trying not to get discouraged, I feel as though i'm working out pretty hard, I alternate between jogging/walking, eliptical, bike, and stair climber. Each day I do 35min of one and then switch to something else until my time is up, could be an additional 10-30 min, just depends. No unfortunately my clothes are tighter, had to even buy some new jeans for the winter. I am eating roughly 1100-1500 calories a day, just depends.
