Whew...getting back into the swing of the weight machines is somethin' else! I did 20 minutes of intervals on the treadmill, then about 20 minutes on the weight machines.

I started using cardio trainer on Monday to track my runs.

4.46 miles 59:13  avg speed of 4.5

Today I pushed my jog intervals to be twice what the were. Previously it was walk 1/10 of a mile run 1/10 mile. Today I increased to walk 1/10 run 2/10 at some points I felt I could have ran 3/10 but didn't want to push things to far and not be able to maintain my pace.  a couple weeks and I will increase again.

Rest day... yesterday's 2.75 run actually wound up being a 3.0 run.... woot woot!  For a girl who could never complete the mile run in grade school, it's totally incredible to be able to do 3.

Legs are feeling heavy and tired today.
1 hour of spin
some extra stretching
and some hill climbing on the treadmill 15 mins

Went to a different type of yoga class today call yin yoga. Did not like it whatsoever :(

 3.2 miles in 24 minutes, 10 minutes on the stairclimber at a crazy setting, 15 minutes of laps (mainly working on form) and a solid back/bi/abs lifting routine.  3 weeks since the marathon, this is my first workout that I felt 100%!
