I have the dreaded post weight loss man boobs...bad.

No to get too graphic, but when my wife and I are having sex, she complains of them hitting her face.

What can I do?

Resistant bands?  Etc.?  help me, fitness people!

I hear you, it is probably the most annoying part of the weight loss is having all the flappy skin.

Plastic surgery for most of us is the only real fix for all the extra skin.

Not a lot can be done for extra skin.  Skin not being a muscle isn't changed by exercise.
You can build up some muscle under the skin and that may help some, but if you are like most of us, you are never going to build up enough muscle to replace the volume of fat that you lost.

If its that bad probably surgery is the only option. Where a compression shirt. Pushups or any other chest workout would help some but not to the extent you are speaking of.

I was going to go in a different direction and suggest a different position, but I guess I misunderstood the question.
