question about 5k tomorrow
I'm suppose to be starting week 9 of c25k today but the race is tomorrow. What activity do you suggest I do today. I know your not suppose to run on consecutive days with the program so I''m stumped. Also, I want to know what type of foods should I be eating so that I can have enough fuel to get through the race. My carbs are below 40 right now. coco135
