question about 5k tomorrow

I'm suppose to be starting week 9 of c25k today but the race is tomorrow.  What activity do you suggest I do today.  I know your not suppose to run on consecutive days with the program so I''m stumped.  Also, I want to know what type of foods should I be eating so that I can have enough fuel to get through the race.  My carbs are below 40 right now. coco135

I'm a newbie but I would suggest skipping your run today and count your 5k as w9d1.  As far as nutrition, make sure you are hydrated today and in the morning.  I'm not sure on carbs.  I ate a banana about an hour before my first race.

I would skip todays work out and use tomorrow as your run. On the nutrition end, do as stated above and get hydrated. I did a pure protein bar before my run and a banana after. Good luck tomorrow and enjoy!!!!!! Post all your details.
