What should I be eating to tighten my skin?

I know what I eat will have LITTLE effect on my skin tightness.  But, I figure, it is worth a try!

I know I should cut out every liquid bu****er, and should drink a ton of the stuff.  What else?

Any help?  Thanks!

I think there are some foods that help with elasticity, to a certain degree. However, I have to be honest here....it's the one thing we cannot fix on our own totally. The older you get the worse it is and it also depends on how much weight you've lost. You honestly have to learn to get past it or see a plastic surgeon. I have my share of loose skin and it is not fun! I had a little PS and maybe, one day I'll have a little more. Best wishes to you!

I know you from one of my past incarnations here on OH.  Brock from MN.

Thanks for the advice.

(PS...Do you think PS only on my chest and upper arms would be worth it / spendy?)

Good to see you on this board! This is a great board for encouragement and motivation. There are MANY inspiring people here.

I do think PS is worth it. I was super lucky and didn't need as much as I originally thought when I went it to see my PS. He filled the area (breast) with an implant and I was given a beautiful result. Unfortunately, men cannot get by with just inserting an implant to fill that loss. Dan B (see his profile below) just had PS on his chest area and stomach. He looks amazing and he has inspired many people including myself. He is amazing! I believe he has posted pics of his surgery results too. I wish you well!

There are no foods or excercises that specifically target loose skin. Plastic Surgery, unfortunately, is a reality for most of us if we want skin removed...

bathing in pickle juice and then hitting the sun tan booth won't work?
