I think I'm going to make an investment soon. My right shin is killing me. I'm missing today's run and I hope I heal enough to do Saturday's long run.

I love my compression sleeves. I use Zensahs. I have only been using them for a month, and I only use them for recovery, but I can tell a difference.

I'm picking mine up tomorrow. Thanks for posting!

I read your profile and I've been so inspired by you. I can't imagine going through this journey while your support system (husband) is away. My brother toured several times and it was he- (double hocking stick) on us all. I can't imagine being the wife. Thank you for all your sacrifices!!! You are amazing and so inspiring!

Thanks! I saw something similar to this in the Run On store. The girl said the material wasn't as "compressing" as the others. I bought the Z sleeve and they're great, but I think I'm still going to use tape and the sleeve. My shin splints are very bad right now.

Hope you find something for your knee. It is just awful to be sidelined for an injury.  Best wishes to you!

I'm crazy, I just tape the knee and keep on running.
It doesn't hurt to run or bike, but when I just walk around normally, it's clicking.
Feels like it needs to pop.  It doesn't do it when I'm running.

Of course I'll wait until there is pain involved before I go see a doctor, I'm stupid that way.
