So, today I've got a profoundly busy schedule and won't get home till after 8pm. I have to be at work at 0630 so i have to be in bed by 9pm to be able to function at work. This is my dilemma. This is my easy week in my runs and am scheduled to only run 3 miles today and 4 miles on Sunday. I'm gonna Swim tomorrow and rest on Saturday. Should I just suck it up and run tonight or chalk it up as oh well and start a new day tom morrow?

You find that you have peace of mind and can enjoy yourself, get more sleep, and rest when you know that it was 100% effort that you gave --win or lose.

I would get to bed and do it early tomorrow or forget it. Missing 1 run is not that bad when work forces it.

The way I am I would be the one out there in the dark running my 3 miles.  But I doubt missing 1 day is going to throw you off much.
