No cardio today

Kids are sick so I cant take them to the childcare place at the gym, sooo I had to improvise and do legs/core at home. Squats, lunges, then planks. Ugh new to planks and they are hard! But I could hold them for over 30 seconds so I'm pretty proud about that considering that I do zero ab work normally.

Need to do something different-unplanned rest day
Really cold and windy here in Iowa the last two days. Wind today is around 50 mph or maybe a little higher. Hard to run outside and I can't afford to go to a fitness gym. Waiting for the fitness room at my work to be completed. Also can get trained to go to the local school fitness room. Just need to find the time to do it. Meanwhile I'm missing my run sessions! Not good.

Had to make it quick - 5 minutes on the bike, 15-20 minutes on the weight machines.
