Thanks everybody ..... I should know Monday or Tuesday for sure but DR is 99 % sure I will be under the knife soon.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

I'm supposed to do 8 miles. My shins are super sore and I'm keeping my fingers cross.
I will also do Zumba class tonight, if my 8 mile run goes well.

Not feeling well today -- have a cold.Called out of work . Have been sleeping all day but  I really want to go to a gym. I want to try a class. Either Zumba or Step Interval. Then may do my full body weight after. Wish me luck

Rode my bike to the store, coffee shop and to Big 5.  I bought a winter cap and warm gloves for work and bike riding...
I only went about 1 1/2-2 miles each way...but coming back I was carrying a small watermelon and cantaloupe (with other stuff) in my backpack...

17 minutes elliptical on level 5.
17 minutes on the bike on level 5.

2 minutes cleaning up all the damn sweat I left behind.  Unseasonal weather is weird.
