I won a free session with a trainer at the gym at work so we did an upper body workout.

Was pleasantly surprised to run a strong 6.5 miles tonight after Saturday's 20-miler, including:
6 x 400 at 7:30 pace on the treadmill, followed by a tempo run outside with my usual running group.

Loved the weights yesterday...today I struggled through a 10k...seemed like a good idea at the time!! :) :)
