800 Calories While Hitting the Gym 5X A Week? Metabolism Slow Down?
I too was wondering about the calories/exercising issue.
I am currently doing the C25K program & doing ST 2 times a week. I burn on average 600-700 calories a day working out. I eat 800-1000 calories a day. However the scale seems to be stuck or creeping up a little, even though my clothes are still getting bigger. I am just wondering if I should increase my calories to around 1200 or just stay where I am & see if this passes.
Any ideas? PLEASE help. I'm getting a bit frustrated.
