Monday Workouts!!!!!

2.5 mile jog in the rain!  It was awesome - perfect temperature for it (64 degrees) - and physically once I got past my usual 1/2 mile suckfest in the beginning, the rest felt really awesome.  It was by far my most enjoyable workout in c25k so far. 
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

35 minutes on the stair/eliptical (res. 20/20)
core - back ext & ab twists
nautilus machines (hams, quad/calf press, vert press, lat push downs)
stretching

trying to get back into lifting...I loved it, then my trainer left and I fell off the wagon...I want to get back into it....I WILL GET BACK INTO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just so you all know, I WILL be lifting three times a week....starting this week!!!

Finally feel all the way back from surgery on 9/9/10!

Ran 5.4 miles today and did a 2.1 mile walk.  A great way to start the week...
