1 hour spin class - hills and tabata protocol (that guy needs to be punched in the face!  lol)
1 hour of weights (core/legs)

Back on the wagon! I only exercised twice last week - that's just no good. I joined the Y this morning - I like their machines better than where I was going before. I haven't done machine workouts all summer, and boy, do I feel it! In the words of John Cougar Mellencamp - hurts so good!

Did 20 minutes on the treadmill, then about 15 minutes on the weight machines, trying to ease back into it.

 20 minute 1 mile walk, i started doing this 10 days ago and i can already feel a difference. its getting so much easier and the pain isnt half as bad.
 

Highest weight-544/Started WLS program -520/Surgery weight - 457/ =Goal weight - 287

2 miles of running and 10 minutes of walking as my warm up for spin class.
1 hour of spin

Come on give it another gear, don't touch that dial, make it hurt, you should be breathless.
I'd tell him where he could put that statement if I wasn't already freaking out of breath.

 rest day for me, hubby had surgery on his arm, but I did use the stairs instead of the elevator...6 flights...
