did my scheduled long run of the week on the TM today so I could take the family swimming @ the gym afterwards...  10 mile run, 5 low impact intervals (10 min @ 7.0 MPH, 5 min @ 7.5 MPH) then last 13-14 min @ 7.5 MPH, 1 hour 23 min and some change....
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

I had the same kind of run as Erin;crappy 3.1! It was pouring down rain and the wind was blowing really hard. It is hard to breathe when the wind in blowing so hard in your face.
I better learn to like the treadmill as the whole winter is supposed to be like this!

Trail race.  It said it was 3.4 miles, my Garmin said 3.17 - either way, about 40:21 was the time I got.  It was a hard course, and TONS of fun!
