I did 30 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical.
Level 10
5 min warm up (65-95 rpm)
30 second (135-150 rpm)
1 min rest (90-100rpm)
Did that until 25 minutes
Cool down 1 minute, level 8 (65-80 rpm)
1 minute level 6 (65-80 rpm)
1 minute level 4 (65-80 rpm)
1 minute level 2(65-80 rpm)
1 minute level 1 (65-80 rpm)
Did some weights .
Alternated upper/lower. 4 sets of ten.
