30 minutes on treadmill.... 4.5 (speed walking)... want to try HIIT but I am deadly afraid to jog or run on a treadmill - I am really scared I am going to break it or fall off

Did 25 minutes stair master -- 57 floors

10 minutes on the eliptical -- random hills

Did an hour of lifting
Alternated upper / lower  per 4 sets of 10
 It was a good day -- gym in the morning can't wait!

Ran 4 miles with hills

Tried to run for an hour. It was not to be... got in about 50 min and then the calf said: enough.
