60 min of weights (back/bi/shoulders)
35 min on the TM (4.5 miles) - HIIT workout... 0.5% incline, did 3.9 miles in 30 minutes, 10 intervals of (2 min @ 7.2 mph, 1 min @ 9.0 mph), last five minutes was cooldown @ 7.0 mph to bring it to 4.5 miles for the day
10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

75 minutes of weights - chest/tri's/abs

 Ran 6.2 miles this morning...did pretty good, not as good as my run the other day, but steady...Hubby passed by me while I was on my run and did not even recognize me...good or bad???  LOL

Ran 10K around the neighborhood.Felt pretty good overall. It's amazing that I can even do this! Who'd of thunk it???
