Need some answers folks.  I am 9 months post gastric bypass.  I exercise a lot.  Long and easy paces, running or biking, or short and intense, but a lot.  I am noticing my blood sugar levels are down in the 60's after about an hour of exercise.  Does anyone exeperience this?

i don't have the ability to check levels etc, but absolutely will your blood sugar drop during exercise, that is how your body derives energy (i.e., glycogen).  That is one of the reasons people will use carb fuel from gatoraide or sports gels/beans etc during long runs/events etc so that they can avoid "the wall" when your glycogen stores become depleted.  there are a lot of articles and material available on this online, just do a google search and you can read for days on it :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
