I have always had large girls and I love the Moving Comfort sports bra.  I think I have the Fiona style.  It's great, it's a hook and eye closure so I don't give myself a black eye trying to wrestle it over my head and the tatas.  Love it!!!  And it comes in regular bra sizes to ensure the correct fit.

Thanks guys! Right now I am wearing 2 sports bras that are sized at a 40 and then the Danskin tank that has the support shelf bra in it. Well that is the best I can get and I am a little self conscious because it gives me amazing cleavage. Maybe a little to much for the YMCA! Oh well. It is my best asset!

The Y would probably like you to wear a t-shirt too. I know the one here will kick anyone out with too much skin showing or inappropriate sayings.

Good luck with the running. My PT wants me to start in the water because I have such bad hips/ankles/knees... Hoping it still gives the same affect.

Water running is awesome! I've been doing it because of a calf injury.

I love love love my Enell bra...they are pricey, but well worth it for sure.  Once I have that on, it holds everything in place.....makes running, jumping, anything easier to do.....

They offer them online and you can find them on EBAY.

I use a size 5, but will be moving into either a 4 or 3 in the next few weeks....take the measuring tape out and have someone help measure so you get the right size....

I also would like to vouch for the Enell bra. They kept the "ladies" firmly in check. They do fit a little snug, so be careful with the sizing (if you are going to err on the side of caution, err on a larger size).

Enell resolved my problem of the ladies flopping about during high impact cardio kickboxing. With the enell bra on, they didn't even jiggle.

Hi there,

Enell bras.  My buxom daughter dances.  You can google enell to order.  They cost a little more than most but well worth the extra money.  I promise the girls don't budge.
