Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

1.6 miles walk/jog (trying to do C25K) with my dog. He turns 11 on Halloween and was starting to limp, so we went home. Then 45 minutes of my new weight training program.
Bought the bar bells with different plates, have the stability ball and elastic band. Bought the book and am doing 9 exercises, 3X10 reps each, targeting different muscle groups over the whole body.
