I intended to do 3.3 but an emergency bathroom stop (in the bushes) and leg pain including achilles pain that brought an stop and stretching session had me change it to 2.2.

 1 mile = 21 minutes = OH THE PAIN..lol no pain no gain

 Did my first swimming workout!  yay me!  500 meters and I though for sure I was gonna drown.  5 minutes on the star master was all I could muster after that.  Back, Bi and abs, and some time on the squat machine.  Feel like Mark Spitz.  Not.

55 min of weights (chest/tri) including 7x40 sets of pushups and 4x15 sets of dips
1 hour spin class - aerobic endurance
30 min on stair master (144) floors
