10k program on the running/stride machine - 41:35
4 minute cool down
10 minutes on the arc trainer (inc 10/10, res 51/100)
core - ab twists (3 sets of 30, 1 of 35)
stretching

3 mile run with hills and bad wind! Not complaining because winter will be here soon and will have to run indoors.
