I am so excited by my run this morning...my race is next weekend and every time I get out there and run, I get more excited...Can't wait!!!

Man, I've been such a slacker lately. I'm still getting some type of exercise in at least three times per week, but that's a far cry from the 5-6 times I was doing. My business has totally tied me to this chair. I know...I know...no excuses. I've been working since 3:00 a.m. and STILL have a pile to do, but I'm going to take 30 minutes and walk. Glad to come in here and see all you committed people. As King Louie would say, I wanna be like you!

4 miles on the stationary bike and upper body strength training.

You find that you have peace of mind and can enjoy yourself, get more sleep, and rest when you know that it was 100% effort that you gave --win or lose.
