I can't seem to find a good plan anywhere. I need a couch to Sprint Triathlon type plan. Does anyone have any suggestions or good free links?

You find that you have peace of mind and can enjoy yourself, get more sleep, and rest when you know that it was 100% effort that you gave --win or lose.

Bro...

Jump in the pool and swim!

Get outside and start running!

Get on the stationary bike and start pedaling!

Also, look for a tri club in your area. They have group workouts, often with coaches, and that can help a lot.
