I hate mornings also. Need to change that soon, not enough time in the evening to work out once my basketball season starts up (I'm coaching HS girls basketball and it starts Nov 8Th)
walked 5 miles and over lunch time ran 2 miles. Felt great but only wished I had more time to run 3 or 4 miles.
